The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. and its subsidiary companies (collectively, "Marriott"). The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, termination, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. - A warm and welcoming reception of our guests upon arrival to ensure they feel at home from the very first moment
- Professional check-in and check-out using our hotel software "OPERA"
- Proactive support and advice for our international guests
- Acting as the first point of contact for guest feedback
- Contributing your own fresh ideas to enhance the guest experience
- Accurate processing of invoices and performing shift and daily closings
- Handling guest correspondence via phone and email
- Ensuring the implementation of internal quality standards
- Carrying out various administrative and organizational tasks as part of daily operations
- Completed education in hotel management or tourism
- Ideally, previous experience at the front office in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with the hotel software OPERA is an advantage
- Enjoy working with guests and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong communication skills with a warm and positive attitude
- Team player with a high level of commitment and sense of responsibility
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus

SALARY
For the position of Receptionist (m/f/d), the collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross salary of 2,026 per month. The Customer Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. This position involves managing inquiries, complaints, and overall customer support activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:
Education/Training: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
3+ years in customer relationship management
Experience in SAP and CRM tools mandatorySkills:
