**Your role at Dynatrace**
+ Manage, coach and further grow selected engineering teams (up to 20 Dynatracers)
+ Identify talent and provide career guidance to team members
+ Effectively collaborate with the responsible Team Captains, provide mentoring and coaching
+ Learn from Directors Software Development and take over more responsibilities step by step
+ Ensure performance and alignment of your teams
+ Take over leadership tasks such as career development, promotions, and compensation planning
+ Support Directors Software Development in growth planning and hiring
+ Identify and drive organizational change initiatives
**What will help you succeed**
+ 3+ years of experience in building and leading successful distributed backend- or cloud-focused software teams (or similar)
+ Demonstrate passion for leading through coaching and mentoring
+ Ability to actively shape and drive change initiatives
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments
+ Ability to break down, communicate and implement high-level strategies to your area of responsibility
+ Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation
+ Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
+ Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP

**Compensation Data**
