The Role
We’re looking for a strong back-end engineer who can work across the stack to build scalable, high-impact features. The ideal candidate is not just technical but has a product mindset, curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. This is an opportunity to own solutions end-to-end, collaborate with product and customers, and help shape how we solve complex industry problems.
What You’ll Do
Own and build scalable back-end solutions (APIs, databases, automation pipelines).
Work across the stack—primarily back-end, but capable of delivering front-end features.
Figure out solutions independently.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and customers to deeply understand pain points.
Design and implement test automation, scalability solutions, and complex data systems.
If interested, grow into AI/ML integration, but this is not required.

**Compensation and Rewards**
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is 65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer ahigher salary in line with qualifications and experience.

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige professionelle Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen.
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 und CSS3.
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit modernen JavaScript-Frameworks wie React, Vue.js oder Angular.
- Erfahrung mit State-Management-Bibliotheken (z.B. Redux, Vuex).
- Kenntnisse in Build-Tools (Webpack, Vite) und Package Managern (npm, Yarn).
- Vertrautheit mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden und Tools (Jira, Git).
- Erfahrung mit Unit- und Integrationstests (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
